PVELL encourages research in the fields of literature and language all over the planet and issues connected with the more extensive locale and the world. The journal covers literature, language, and literary theory. PVELL has a more wide-ranging notch in literature and language and acknowledges articles falling inside this space. It welcomes researchers from universities, colleges, schools, and academic and research institutes to publish their work in the journal. The journal publishes the works regardless of caste, race, religion, personal ideologies and location.

PVELL boasts a dedicated editorial board consisting of professionals from various academic fields to ensure compliance with global research publishing standards and timely article publication.
